Automated Engineering Technologies Ltd. will prepare a Grading and Drainage Plan, Site Plan and/or Storm Water Management Plan for submission to the authorities for development approvals.

A topographic survey of the existing site conditions is used as a base for preparing the design. A grading and drainage design is prepared to best suit and enhance the site development.

At the time of construction, survey layout of the various design features is conducted. Upon completion of construction, an "as-built" survey is performed and the site plan updated to incorporate and changes.
